My name is Debbie Rowland. I am a friend of a food bank recipient and have driven her to the food bank on several occasions. I am totally impressed with how kind, respectful and upbeat your staff members are with clients. They have been trained well and appear to really care about the people they are helping. I cannot say enough good things about how well organized and well run your organization is. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences from the people out directing cars in the parking lot, the people greeting clients as they come through the door, the people at the front desk who check Identification and from the people who help load the baskets. I commend you on what you do!
