Calgary Apartment Association Food Drive
City landlords are mobilizing to host a large scale food drive in aid of the Calgary Food Bank.
Monday, May 12 from 6:30pm until 7:00pm the food drive blitz day will be in full action at the drop off location of Stanley Park Apartments (foyer) 4637 Macleod Trail S.W. AND On Tuesday, May 13 at 11:00 a.m the Calgary Food Bank trucks will be collecting the food donations at Centre Point 1313 - 13 Avenue S. W. 

Calgary Chess Club will be hosting 2006 Canadian Chess Champion, Igor Zugic
Thursday May 15th from 11 am – 1:30 pm in the lobby of Petro-Canada Centre
This is your opportunity to challenge the Champion to a game of chess in return for a donation of cash or food to the Calgary Food Bank.
